Servings: 2 Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups of spinach
1 ripe banana
1 cup of frozen mango chunks
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 cups of almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Berry Bliss Smoothie
Servings: 2 Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
2 cups of soy milk (unsweetened)
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a blender.
